DescriptionTouchet, WA - Seed House Saloon.jpg
English: This false front building on Alder Street (Touchet-Gardena Rd) was built in late 1916 from stock plans supplied by Harold Crawford of the Tum-A-Lum Lumber Company for local Ford dealer J.R. Cummins, who used it as a salesroom and parts supply store. Cummins would relocate his garage to the recently vacated Gaiser Mercantile Building next door in 1919, where a ghost sign for his business can still faintly be read. This building later contained a candy store/billard hall and a barber shop.
